I’ve always loved a full-body workout. It feels efficient in that very modern, very “I have things to do” way – one session, multiple muscle groups, and noticeably faster results. Instead of assigning my arms, legs, and core their own dedicated days (no shade to people who do), I like knowing every workout is pulling its weight. And because I chronicle my fitness routines with the enthusiasm of someone who treats the gym like a second home, it only feels fair to share the full-body workout that’s been quietly changing everything for me.
