Easy Arm Circuit for Toned Arms

Super excited to share this arm circuit! I’ve never put together a workout for others to try but I guess there’s a first time for everything. Having toned arms have been important to me for years. Being fit has always been important to me. More importantly, being mentally healthy is my first priority.

Directions

  1. 2 Pushups ➡️ plank up down
  2. Triceps dips (love these ?)
  3. 4 Squat jumps ➡️ 4 push ups (love these too ?)
  4. Knee up jab 45 seconds on each side (love a little jab situation)
  5. Plank hold (also great for the core but I absolutely can’t stand this!)

Repeat the whole thing 4x

I find that working out not only gives me an amazing physique but it also makes me feel amazing mentally.
