If you’re not new to Befitting Style, then you know this is not my first crochet jacket. The other colors look so good that I had to create a pink crochet jacket! As a pink lover, I’m surprised I didn’t do it sooner but here we are. I crocheted this jacket 5 years ago and didn’t think of wearing it anytime soon but I knew whenever I do decide to wear it, the full look would be incredible. What else do I wear in the middle of winter when heading out to Samsung’s flagship store in the Meatpacking District for The Future in Black panel that discusses the use of AI in fashion during New York Fashion Week?
I learned how to crochet in the 7th grade during my social studies teacher’s early morning crochet club.
The grey crochet jacket is one of my faves but the brown crochet jacket has a bit more detail with the addition of an inner pocket for phones. As a micro crossbody lover, coming up with creative ways to store my phone while on the go is essential.
I paired this look with a pink romper that features a white collar. When I bought this romper from Zara a few years ago, I knew it would pair best with the pink crochet jacket.
Not many would opt for a romper during the middle of winter because of the fear of getting cold. Because I wear all things all year round, I know I could find a way to wear the romper and feel just fine. When showing lots of leg in 30-degree weather, thigh-high boots save the day. I purchased the Steve Madden white thigh-high boots from Nordstrom at the end of 2021. There’s no greater time than this moment to finally throw it on.
The white collar called for white tassel earrings and of course the pink attire called for the Brandon Blackwood Pink ESR bag.
