How do we look demure, mindful, and cutesy as a non-minimalist? Demure is defined as reserved and modest in the Webster Dictionary. Jools Lebron recently popularized the word demure when referring to her nails on TikTok and it sparked an interest in many as people started to wonder what is demure about other forms of beauty such as makeup and fashion. As a non-minimalist, I don’t think being demure applies to me. For my girls who don’t like to keep it simple but still want to look demure, here are a few ways to satisfy your needs while keeping it demure.
Although this may look very extra at first glance, it’s really just a ravishing satin slip dress. The level of grandeur depends on your confidence – how you strut in the attire. For a formal occasion, pair the dress with blue satin heels, and a matching leather-weaved clutch, while mixing metals as you accessorize.

Slip into an asymmetrical white denim dress featuring a zip trim. The wide t-shaped top will produce a polished look as you strut in white leather mules. Since we’re keeping it very demure and very mindful, sculptural gold earrings that are small enough for a simple gal yet detailed enough to make a statement are a must. Store your essentials in an egg-shaped pearl strap shoulder bag.

I love ALL the dresses and accessories that Oyin picked for madam vice president. My only wish is if she can see them. I want some combination for myself. Oyin can be an assistant to madam present to be designer. Thanks Oyin
