Off the shoulder pieces are all the rage this summer but it’s a style that I have always loved. Its a great way to be sexy without showing too much skin. Although I’ve only worn the off the shoulder style a few times this summer, my favorite pieces include a bit more detailing such as ruffles or fringes. With pink being my favorite color, I couldn’t resist buying this dress!
Theres something about a pink dress that just always holds a special place in my heart. Its so dainty and feminine.

Ruffles have always been special to me. Because I don’t wear a lot of basic pieces, clothing with detailing tend to attract me.
I purchased this dress from Zara but its no longer available so I linked a couple dresses that are very similar to this one.
Accessorizing with the Schutz taupe sandals was a no brainer. These are one of my favorite shoes of the summer. Because its a neutral tone, it compliments most of my pieces. I wore it during fashion week and many other times throughout the summer. With this color being sold out, I linked a different color of the shoe.
I have a bad habit of holding on to pieces and wearing them later. I’ve had this Eric Javitz straw clutch since the beginning of Spring and haven’t worn it since then. As I unwrapped it recently, I instantly fell in love and wondered why I didn’t wear it sooner! This is not your average straw clutch. The detailing is impeccable as it is detailed with gold and silver metallic stripes. I’m in love with this bag and plan on wearing it several more times before the summer ends.
