How To Wear Velvet Boots This Holiday Season

I appreciate the last few months of the year because of the holidays that we get to celebrate. First and foremost, my personal holiday (birthday) takes place in October, then comes Thanksgiving, Christmas and the celebration of bringing in the new year. Although I prefer the spring/summer weather, nothing beats the celebratory spirit that overcomes me during this time of the year. With the craze of velvet this fall, it’s only right that I show you a few ways you can wear velvet boots this Holiday season.

Not to be cliche, but how can you resist the classic Christmas colors (red and green)?! If you go for this green velvet boot, pair it with a jewel toned¬†maxi dress. It’s the season of celebration so pull out your confetti earrings as well as other gold accessories.

Not into bright colored velvet boots, try these black over the knee boots and pair it with a tweed fringe frock as well as black and silver accessories.

How can you go through the holiday season and not whip out a red look?! Pair your navy blue velvet boots with a red jumpsuit along with blue and red accessories.

If you’re like me, then you love to glisten. Metallics and sequins add the perfect effect needed to shine this season.

With these ideas, you’ll be sure to slay in your velvet boots during my favorite time of the year. What are you pairing your velvet boots with this holiday season?
