Full Face of Black Owned Makeup

A lot of the makeup that I wear is black-owned and I typically tend to support black creatives when they collaborate with brands. I love seeing us win! Its very important to support our own people in order to enrich our communities. If you’re interested in supporting organizations fighting black issues, check out this national resource list created by Botanical Dyke for a variety of ways to help.

This look consists of Fenty Beauty (you already know I lovveee Fenty Beauty), Pat Mcgrath and more.

I needed to redo my braids but that’s besides the point! LOL

Although Makeup Revolution is not black owned, I used the Makeup Revolution x Patricia Bright Rich in Colour palette for my eyes. Patricia Bright is a brilliant Nigerian creative based in Britain. I’ve been watching her on YouTube for years so I was super excited to purchase this palette when it launched around my birthday.

The glow is courtesy of my amazing skin (thank the Lord for genetics) as well as Fenty Beauty Wattabrat which is my favorite pink highlighter.
