Christmas Dinner

Tis the season for joy and laughter and all that bliss produces. It’s my favorite time of the year and I’m so excited for what’s to come! I kicked off my Christmas celebration at a dinner in Tarrytown while wearing a green criss-cross neckline dress with a pink and green jacket.

I really wanted to pair this dress with a red jacket but I wasn’t able to find a red fur jacket (super last minute) to my liking. The night before the dinner definitely drained me as I spent my time visiting many stores while on the hunt for the perfect floor length red fur jacket.

Filled with disappointment, I went home and decided that God probably wanted me to wear a jacket I already own. This green and pink jacket is the only one that made sense. It’s long and features my two favorite colors.

I played with the Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint and was able to try Unviel and Uncuffed which definitely has the same quality as the red shade, uncensored.

This was such a perfect look! It turned out great afterall (to my surprise)!

These Ted Baker heels are also an oldie but goodie (& yes I do wear sandals during cooler seasons! It’s a way of life)!

Moral of the story is even when you want to buy something new, what’s right for the occasion may already be hanging in your closet!

I’m so excited for what’s to come!

What do you usually wear for Christmas dinners?

That’s the way to end the year with a bang. The jacket blend so well with the dress. That look is beautiful. God bless you Oyin. Amen
