Happy Friday! This summer is all about the off the shoulder tops, printed pieces and the plunging neckline. All 3 styles that I have always loved. There is truly nothing like a great floral attire. Because it’s one of my favorite prints, I can wear floral pretty much everyday without getting tired of it. When I decided to have a night on the town for my friend’s birthday, I knew this dress would be perfect. It’s fun, flirty and great for any modern day woman.
When I purchased this dress, I thought it was a top. Once I tried it on, I realized that its a dress and completely fell in love. I initially wasn’t able to tell whether this dress was orange or red, yet the way the purple flowers sits on the orange fabric was enough reason for me to pull out my purple lipstick.
I honestly found this dress by luck and couldn’t believe how it perfectly fits my waistline.
Accessorizing with a choker and layering with another necklace was a no brainer. When wearing a plunging neckline, sometimes I like to accessorize most of my neck and chest area.
Because I was really loving orange that night, I opted for a pair of orange shoes. Growing up, I watched my mom wear slides all the time (and she still wears them). These shoes remind me of slides as the back strap barely stays on the foot. I love it!
I paired it with a bag that is surely an oldie but goodie which brought some salmon pink in the mix.
