I had to reach into the archives for this one. Who else is a college grad that still wears clothes from High School? My whole look is certainly not from my teenage years but just one piece is. I decided to throw on an off the shoulder top because I can never get tired of it! I’ve been loving this style since my early adolescent years and will probably never stop. My choice of style is never depending on the current trends so I’m always okay with loving off the shoulder forever (especially when it goes out of style). Nonetheless, this top is not so much the oldie but goodie. The purple plaid skirt is.
I initially bought this purple plaid skirt for Nerd Day during my senior year in High School. Being the clothes and accessories hoarder that I am, I kept it because I knew it would be great for so much more than Nerd Day.
This ruffled off the shoulder top with flared sleeves isn’t so new but I’m glad that I was able to finally put it to use. When I like something, I buy it in as many colors as possible, therefore I wore a similar style in orange last year.
Although I’m in love with many styles, there is something about an off the shoulder neckline that I can never get enough of!
I paired it with dark green and pink accessories.
I’m certainly never going to stop loving purple lipstick.
Plaid is such a staple right now and it has always been and probably forever will be a staple for me.
