I love full body workouts because it’s an easy way to target different parts of the body and get toned quicker. Instead of dedicating specific days for my arms, legs, core etc, I make sure that various parts of my body are targeted for each workout. Because I love documenting my exercises, its only right that I share a full body workout thats been so great for me.

I’ve always preferred full body workouts over workouts that target just 1 region of the body so here’s a #fullbodycircuit In case you wanna try⤵️ Do 45 seconds of each & take a 10 second break in between. 🟡 1 Pushup ➡️ Side knee tuck (love these 😍) 🟡 4 Side to side ➡️ 4 Squat toe touch 🟡 1 Pushup ➡️ Plank toe touch (love these too 😍) 🟡 Sit up ➡️ Knee clap (love a little clap situation) 🟡 Twisting sit up ➡️ Knee up Repeat the whole thing 3x Lmk if you try it.
