Super excited to share this arm circuit! I’ve never put together a workout for others to try but I guess there’s a first time for everything. Having toned arms have been important to me for years. Being fit has always been important to me. More importantly, being mentally healthy is my first priority.

Quarantine has done my body well! I’ve been tasked w/creating an #armcircuit Although Im not even properly in frame, I’m posting anyway.These are some of my fave #exercises (even the ones I can’t stand doing, does my body so well that I somewhat love it anyway) Here is an easy way to get toned arms 💪🏾 In case you wanna try⤵️ Do 45 seconds of each & take a 10 second break in between. 🟡 2 Pushups ➡️ plank up down 🟡 Triceps dips (love these 😍) 🟡 4 Squat jumps ➡️ 4 push ups (love these too 😍) 🟡 Knee up jab 45 seconds on each side (love a little jab situation) 🟡 Plank hold (also great for the core but I absolutely can’t stand this!) Repeat the whole thing 4x Much thanks to @allyg.nyc for asking me to do this! Didn’t want to do it but its fun challenging myself. Lmk if you try it #HealthIsWealth
- 2 Pushups ➡️ plank up down

I find that working out not only gives me an amazing physique but it also makes me feel amazing mentally.
